I Hereby Waive, Release And Discharge Any And All Claims For Damages, For Death, Personal Injury Or Property Damages Which I May Have Or Which May Hereafter Accrue To Me, As A Result Of My Participation In The Cycle Event. I Agree To Assume Completely Those Risks And Dangers Of Whatever Nature. I Agree To Assume Solely, Full Responsibility For All Damage Free And Harmless From Any Liability Chandigarh Amateur Cycling Association Cycling Federation Of India, The Organisers, Its Administrators, Its Organising Committee, Its Employees. Its Volunteers And The Owners Of The Lands, All Observers And Organisations Involved In The Activities Of CACA/CFI, As Well As Any Other Organisation Or Person Directly Or Indirectly Involved In The Activities. I, Therefore Waive Off Rights To Claim And May Right To Action Against Each And Every Person Mentioned In The Above Mentioned/Undergoing Lines In Relation With The Occurrence Of Any Loss, Damage Or Injury Of Any Kind That I Might Sustain During The Cycling Activities, Before, During And After Its Finishing.
